Delivering mega Design and Construct projects in Australia, Malaysia, India and Papua New Guinea, through the entire project life cycle, Jason brings superior commercial, business management and performance acumen and strong leadership.
With broad industry exposure across all sectors working as engineering consultant, trade sub-contractor and managing contractor, Jason has refined his ability to assess risk and influence based on strategic objectives, making customer requirements and financial implications part of every decision.
With first principles estimating and tendering systems implementation and claim dispute resolution experience, Jason is an innovative engineer with demonstrated understanding of engineering principles across all M&E disciplines, including the challenges of installation and maintenance based on effective design.
Jason also brings extensive design and construct project delivery experience utilising manufacturing, prefabrication and digital engineering technology. He is skilled in developing unique and effective value engineering design options providing quality and operational cost saving initiatives, with a focus on long term whole of life value of assets. Jason also leads development of digital engineering element cost coding, procurement measurement and productivity tracking systems and (API) for engineering fabrication schedules within REVIT.
Jason is a leader who encourages collaboration, sharing of ideas and entrusting individuals with responsibility. He creates a progressive environment that inspires and motivates engineers and teams.
