To achieve this, the following objectives have been established:

Quality Policy
This Policy covers all CoMade business activities related to providing specialised Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation services for the Resources, Energy & Infrastructure markets. These services include Project Management and provision of skilled technicians for Construction, Completions, Commissioning, Operations & Maintenance. CoMade is committed to understanding and exceeding our customers’ expectations to ensure delivery of exceptional quality products and services.
To achieve this, the following objectives have been established:
Comply with all statutory obligations, together with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
Aim to set the standard for quality and service in our industry.
Apply and regularly review our systems across all levels of our business.

Health & Safety Policy
The Health and Safety of those who work either directly or indirectly for CoMade is of the utmost importance to the Directors of CoMade and it is our goal to continually improve Health and Safety performance within the business.
To achieve this, the following objectives have been established:
Consultation between employer and staff in relation to WHS policy and procedures, and continuous improvement of the system.
Active training of staff in WHS and operational requirements with performance reviews and key performance indicators used to assess and develop continuous improvement strategies for individuals.
Ongoing identification, assessment and control of workplace hazards and associated risks. This includes assessment of both initial and residual risks.
Reporting of incidents/near misses and accidents. Active investigation of these situations to develop effective strategies to eliminate or minimise reoccurrence.
Internal reviews of the system to identify any potential problems, thereby allowing rectification to occur before the issue becomes an issue.
The commitment of management and staff to consider the health and safety of others in the workplace.
Preparing WHS objectives to define system performance and have processes in place to collect data to measure progress with their attainment.
Maintaining a WHS management system compliant with the requirements of WHS Act 2011 NSW and other Australian States and Territories and the associated regulations, as well as ISO 45001:2018 (OHS management systems).
Communicating the Policy, Processes and Procedures to staff and third-party suppliers.
Providing staff with the resources to identify and control hazards and provide personal protective equipment (PPE) where required.
Performance managing third party suppliers for compliance with WHS requirements.
Referencing documents and revisions controlling to ensure currency of information (document security systems are in place).

Environmental & Sustainability Policy
CoMade is committed to operating in an environmentally sustainable, sensitive, considerate, and responsible manner. All CoMade personnel have the responsibility for implementing this Policy by striving towards an environmentally sustainable operating business.
To achieve this, the following objectives have been established:
Integrate environmental considerations into our business planning and operations to prevent pollution, minimize negative environmental impacts, and generate positive environmental outcomes where possible.
Develop and Implement an EMS (environmental management system) based on the ISO 14001:2015 international standard.
Meet our legislative and regulatory requirements.
Measure various aspects of our environmental performance and seek to
continuously improve our environmental outcomes.
Set measurable objectives for environmental performance improvement and assign responsibility to members to the relevant members of the business. These objectives will be integrated into existing key performance indicator processes.
Provide employees with awareness and training to help ensure they are empowered and informed to make environmentally considerate and sound decisions.
Communicate information regarding our EMS and performance to customers, employees, suppliers, and the community via our web site and other appropriate means.
