Leading the Daboora division of CoMade, Jake is passionate about developing career pathways for sustainable employment.
Jake is a professional AFL footballer with the Melbourne Football Club (FC) and is currently completing his 14th season in the AFL. Having played 200+ games, Jake has developed a strong skillset from his years of experience in a high-performance industry and has consistently displayed leadership, teamwork and dedication. His ability to build strong relationships and team culture will assist CoMade in helping to develop pathways for sustainable employment under our Daboora career pathway division.
Jake leads the Daboora division: Daboora meaning ‘Pathways’ in the traditional language of the Yorta Yorta people - where our commitment is to making possible. Our vision is to promote professional career development for people of diverse cultures and backgrounds.
We support local engagement, community participation, social inclusion and actively participate in First Nation people employment within our business. Pathway vision for First Nations People, Athletes, Women in construction, Ex-offenders and Diverse cultures.
