Over the past 10 years, Chris has worked closely with the CoMade Directors to provide best practice HSE advice and build workplaces where team members are safe, supported and celebrated when raising HSE matters. Chris is passionate about including psychology, creativity, technology and innovation at a strategic level in HSE delivery. Chris has a long history of HSE success within a diverse range of projects and fields including BHP Port Hedland Inner Harbour Expansion Project, Ichthys LNG, Gorgon LNG, APLNG, Stockyard Hill Wind Farm and Murray Basin Rail Upgrade Project.
Coming from a project management and engineering background before turning to HSE, Chris learned first hand the challenges that project team's experience when implementing HSE. This knowledge has been applied to design and deliver HSE management systems that are modern, relevant, efficient and effective. Chris consistently listens, learns and builds relationships as he continues to raise the bar for CoMade and industry HSE best practice.
Whether sitting beside an injured worker in a remote hospital or advising to Boards, Chris is a versatile HSE professional with a steadfast message that fostering a genuine care approach to HSE always provides exceptional results for stakeholders.
